We offer private and group workshops to suit all riders. These have been developed and are led by Amanda Kirtland-Page. Amanda has over 25 years of therapeutic experience using hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, NLP and rider psychology and over 30 years of experience working with riders as an instructor.
The most popular workshop is the unmounted day. Here you get to focus on making all the important changes first. Sometimes, I am able to offer mounted sessions after the main workshop or the next day. If you are interested in a mounted session, please email me.

The day is focused entirely on building your confidence when handling and riding. These workshops are run all over the UK and Ireland. We normally use a village hall, private residence, college or Equestrian Centre. This is an intensive day, full of the very latest techniques to improve your riding confidence, which includes the very powerful
Rider Confidence Hypnotherapy Sessions, Self Hypnosis Training, NLP Sports Coaching and Rider Psychology. Not only will the day help you immediately change how you feel by boosting your confidence, but it will give you new skills for the future. You are free to take part in these exercises or just watch and work on them in your own time after the day. All the exercises are designed so that you can use them at any time easily and quickly when you need them. The day is also full of practical tips for you and these, combined with the above work, ensures a highly powerful day. The group is made up of riders who have struggled with their confidence in one way or another and you have the opportunity of making new friends, which will add to your support network if you wish.
The Confidence Workshops are mainly unmounted, though if possible, we will offer mounted sessions after the main workshop or on the next day.
Private Confidence Workshops
Each rider is uniquely different from another and having a deep understanding of their individual needs is paramount to addressing confidence issues. Whilst using self hypnosis recordings can have a dramatic and permanent effect for many riders, there are many other issues regarding losing confidence that can be addressed in a workshop.
A full day of intensive personalised confidence training and therapy where we help you build your confidence skills on your horse. This day is focused purely on regaining your riding confidence so you can start enjoying this wonderful sport.
We can also work on other aspects if you wish, such as improving your confidence around others, understanding your personality traits, breaking unwanted habits, help with important decision making, and many other areas. You can include a ridden lesson to start making the changes you need to conquer those fears. Arena hire costs is payable by yourself. Please contact me for costs.
